This job listing is for a role in The Dream opportunity creative team. We are seeking a skilled Live Events Videographer & Content Producer to join our production team. This role requires hands-on expertise with A/V technology, camera operation, and event production equipment. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can troubleshoot technical issues on the spot while capturing high-quality event footage.

Responsibilities

Event Production & Technical Setup

  • Set up and operate production equipment, including cameras, stabilizers, lighting, audio gear, microphones, stands, and cables.
  • Assist with A/V technology, including audio mixers, lighting rigs, and presentation systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration of music, presentations, and live audio during events.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and execute adjustments as needed.

Live Event Filming & Content Capture

  • Operate cameras and stabilizers to capture dynamic, high-quality footage of live events.
  • Adapt to varying lighting conditions and environments while maintaining visual consistency.
  • Follow creative direction from the Senior Content Producer to achieve desired framing, motion, and composition.

Post-Event Media Management

  • Properly transfer and organize footage to the designated server immediately after events.
  • Ensure all media assets are labeled, categorized, and securely stored for post-production teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in live event videography, production, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of camera operation, stabilizers, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
  • Proficiency in A/V systems, including basic troubleshooting of mixers, monitors, and projectors.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and troubleshoot issues under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills for efficient media management and data transfers.

Compensation:

  • Salary: Compensation ranges from $400 - $800 per day.
