The Global Speaker Assistant Manager will support the coordination and development of events and training for our Global Speakers. This role focuses on research, event planning, and managing the hiring and progress tracking of speakers.



Responsibilities:

Research & Development:

Conduct research to support Global Speakers (GS) and cultural training.

Document designing - translation complex corporate jargon in a way that is easily understood for students

Send-outs and review completion surveys.


Assist in building cultural competency training for speakers working abroad.



Event Coordination:

Plan and coordinate in-person and virtual events, including scheduling and confirmation
Communicate with GS and corporate employees via email

Prepare event materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, and manage calendar invites and Zoom links.



Global Speakers Hiring:

Research and scout for talent in various regions, using social media to identify potential speakers.

Post job listings and manage correspondence for information sessions and auditions.

Managing the timeline for the hiring process.



Management & Tracking:

Analyze feedback from employee and student surveys post-events.

Excel for quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Create reports in Excel from employee and student surveys post-events.

Update tracking charts to monitor the success of each speaker, utilizing 


Qualifications:


Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Excel.

Experience in event coordination or management is a plus.
