This job listing is for a role in The Diversity Org's Corporate/Brand Team. In this role, you will engage with some of the world's leading companies to convert them into long-term corporate partners.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in corporate/client management.
  • Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining excellent corporate/client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • A proven track record of hitting and over-delivering on targets.
  • Experience working with corporate clients is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acquisition: Establish connections with new corporate partners. Proactively reach out to major global companies daily, showcasing The Diversity Org's impactful initiatives and converting them into long-term partners.
  • Development: Work with corporate partners to introduce our professional development workshops and pair our students with their needs/interests. Effectively utilize provided sales decks and assets to communicate our value proposition.
  • Retention: Maintain relationships with corporate partners to ensure their continued engagement with The Diversity Org's programs and initiatives.
  • Training and Support: Extensive training will help staff carry out all listed responsibilities and succeed in this role. Benefit from comprehensive internal training that shares proven strategies for converting multi-billion dollar companies into enduring corporate partners.

Client Acquisition Methods:

  • Leverage the CEO's social network (available to tenured employees).
  • Engage in targeted cold outreach campaigns. (we will provide training)
  • Harness your network to expand our corporate partnership base.

  • High Attention to Detail: Maintaining excellence, prestige, and professionalism is crucial.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ensure all emails, presentations, and assets exhibit proper spelling, grammar, and formatting.
  • Quick Response Time: Respond promptly, ideally within the same business day.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Clients: Handle 40-50 client correspondences simultaneously with effective note-taking and workload management skills.
  • Initiative and Proactivity: Enhance assets, refine systems, and cultivate relationships autonomously.
  • Innovation: Devise creative solutions to enhance client experiences.
  • Strategic Thinking: Develop effective sales strategies by understanding market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Engage frequently and effectively with clients.
  • Deep Knowledge of Our Services: Demonstrate value and address client needs effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Genuine Ability to Engage Across Diverse Communities: Communicate comfortably and proficiently across diverse backgrounds.
  • Goal-Oriented Mindset: Set ambitious but achievable goals, track progress, and strive for excellence.

Culture Expectations:

  • Work closely with the CEO and Founder daily.
  • Maintain business formal or business casual attire for client meetings.
  • Commit to more than 40 weekly hours due to organizational demands and prestige. (Weekends are not required.)

Performance Expectations and Bonus Structure:

  • Minimum requirement of 5 new acquisitions annually.
  • Employees achieving:
  • All acquisitions must be completed within the same calendar year.
